A video shows a Ukrainian paratrooper single-handedly attacking and destroying a Russian tank.
The footage was posted on Twitter by the official account of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, shows a Russian T-80BV tank driving down a dirt road before a Ukrainian soldier fires a gun at it.
The weapon hits the tank and causes an explosion. The tank keeps moving while smoke is billowing out of it, and it appears to be trying to fire back at the soldier. A second, smaller explosion then appears to hit the tank.

According to that Ukraine gun tracker Twitter, the incident happened in eastern Ukraine, and the lone soldier destroyed the tank.
The attack was said to have been launched by a paratrooper from the 95th Air Assault Brigade.
Insider could not independently verify the video.
Although it is unclear what weapon the soldier was using, Ukrainian forces have successfully destroyed tanks using man-portable anti-tank weapons such as the Next Generation Light Anti-Tank Weapon (NLAW), Stinger anti-aircraft missiles and javelins.
According to an open-source intelligence analysis by Oryx, Russia has lost over 7,500 tanks since its invasion began in February.
Ukraine’s military said Thursday heavy fighting was raging in the east of the country as Russian forces attacked in several locations.
